To confirm the booking of your tour, a confirmation down payment will be required. We kindly inform you that the confirmation amount is entirely refundable if the cancellation is made at least three days before the tour date.
After this period and up to 24 hours before the scheduled service a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmation amount will be retained.
Cancellations made on the last day and no-shows cannot be refunded unless they are due to force majeure events.
